Description: Participants will learn the concepts of turnover, the different methods of cost analysis, and profit as it applies to law firms. The course will examine the effects of referrals, market share, relationship management and business development in the context of legal businesses. The issue of cash flow management will be a central feature of this module.

his or her firm.
