Description: The Commission - as the policymaker -, national legislators - in implementing the directives - and different stakeholders face a number of tasks: consolidation of the progress achieved, economic evaluation of measures adopted within the FSAP, introduction of new policy instruments, improvement of supervisory cooperation and establishing a compromise for future actions. This seminar will cover various topics relating to both the wholesale and retail levels which are of importance to both lawyers and financial market operators.
