• Description: At the end of 2007, the Joint Network on European Private Law, a Network of Excellence established in May 2005 and funded by the European Commissionunder the Sixth Research Framework Programme, will present a draft proposal for the Common Frame of Reference on contract law to the European Commission. The DCFR will contain principles, definitions and model rules. Following this, members of the Network will present the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR) and the accompanying evaluative works also to the public.
