Our law firm A. Danos & Associates LLC is seeking to recruit a junior lawyer and a trainee lawyer for our offices in Nicosia.
Previous experience is not necessary, however, fluency in English is required.
Duties for the position of the junior lawyer:
- Drafting pleadings;
- Appearing in Court;
- Interviewing and liaising with clients;
- Undertaking legal research;
- Using the i-justice system;
- Submitting documents to the Companies Registrar;
- Managing a limited number of residency and citizenship applications;
- Drafting legal articles for our website.
Requirements:
- University Law Degree;
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
- Fluency in Greek and English;
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
Duties for the position of the trainee lawyer:
- Drafting of legal and other documents and conducting legal research.
- Liaising with various public authorities (Land Registry, Registrar of Companies, Tax Department, Migration Department, etc.) and managing applications to these authorities.
- Liaising with clients
- Drafting legal articles for our website
Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) or a degree in Law from a reputable University.
- Good Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.
- Professional attitude and result-oriented individual.
