Offering a range of corporate and professional services to a portfolio of international Clients, this is an excellent chance to specialize in the area of international corporate law.
The responsibilities for the role will include the review and preparation of different corporate documents (Contracts, Agreements, SHA, SPA, Resolutions, POA’s, M&AA, Registers, Trusts, etc); preparation, Amendment and Review of different legal documents subject for execution by legal entities; ensuring KYC and AML procedures are followed in accordance with the applicable laws; acting as a professional director/secretary/nominee shareholder, or in any other position, as required by the company.
To be considered for this position you will be a Qualified Lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
You should have 3-4 years’ of corporate law experience and be fluent in English and Greek. Russian language will be considered an advantage.
