As part of our Continuing Professional Development training, on 10/01/2024, SOTERIS PITTAS & CO LLC, delivered its first in-house seminar for the year 2024, which was presented by our Partner, Mrs. Anna Lamprou, on the subject of “The Basic Legal Principles of Administrative Law and the Recourse Procedure”.
The seminar primarily focused on Article 146 of the Constitution of the Republic of Cyprus and the General Principles of Administrative Law 158/1999. The pleadings and procedures for the filing of a recourse, as well as the possible grounds of opposition, were also analyzed. The participants had the opportunity to discuss cases and practical examples regarding administration law and its procedures.
