Qualifications:
•Candidates must meet the requirements to enter employment under the “Subsidy Project for Trainee Advocates 2017-2023”.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable British university will be considered advantageous.
- Possession of a Master of Laws in Corporate Law (LLM) will be considered advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Windows is required.
- Computer literacy is a required.
- Advanced knowledge in PC operation and fast-blind typewriting in English is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
- Maintain a clean criminal record.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct communication with clients, associates and Governmental Authorities via email and telephone.
- Collaborate effectively within a team.
- Conduct thorough legal research.
- Draft various legal and corporate documents.
- Participate in client meetings.
